Where is the Sea of Flowers in Aniimo?

The Sea of Flowers is the second region most players unlock and the first one that feels genuinely open. It sits at level 19 to 28, with a recommended entry level of 20 to 29. An endless carpet of purple and yellow blossoms covers the basin, and Bloomville, a small village that makes its living from perfume, sits in the middle of the purple fields.

The region is Grass and Wind by composition: MetaBot counts Grass 11, Wind 7, Dark 5, Water 4, Fire 3, Ice 2, Lightning 2 and Earth 1 across its 27 wild rows. Fragrancier is the only species you cannot catch anywhere else, but seven variant forms are also exclusive to the basin, including Skippy - Sea of Flowers Form, Pranky - Sea of Flowers Form, Glacy - Sea of Flowers Form and Thornblade - Thunderstorm Form. Eleven transporters serve the region, more than any of the other Breezy Plains regions tallied on the community maps, which makes it the easiest region in the game to navigate once you have unlocked them.

Official source: Thornblade — Aniimo Wiki — the official wiki entry for the region’s signature early catch, including its form list.

What spawns in the Sea of Flowers?

Twenty species appear across 27 form rows and 252 placed points. Three rows dominate the count: Flutternym - Sea of Flowers Form at 48 points, Flutternym at 37, and Dewy at 20.

The Glacy row is the one that trips people up. It is not a weather spawn. You have to catch fifteen Skippy - Sea of Flowers Form in a row; when the counter completes, an on-screen message confirms that a special Glacy has appeared in the Sea of Flowers, and it shows up on the edge of Heart Lake where the Skippies live. Breaking the streak resets it, so clear your inventory space before you start.

How do you catch Thornblade early in the Sea of Flowers?

Thornblade is the region’s best argument for being under-levelled on purpose. Its base form spawns at level 19 to 28 across three points, which makes the Sea of Flowers the only region in the current spawn data where Thornblade appears below level 30, and it is the reason so many players route here immediately after Bloomville instead of pushing into the level 30-plus regions first.

GameRant puts the most accessible base Thornblade at -0279, 0762, sitting underneath the cover of a tree, east of Bloomville and west of the broken tower. The other reliable landmark in that area is the Bloom teleporter near the purple fields, with the broken tower a short walk east of it.

[!note] The half-buried Thornblade has two coordinates in circulation Community write-ups describe an early Thornblade found half-buried in the ground right next to a treasure chest, with -0248, 0755 passed around as the pin. We could not confirm that figure against a second independent source, so treat -0248, 0755 as single-source community data. GameRant’s list instead gives -0279, 0762 for the tree-covered one. The two pins are close enough to be the same clearing with different rounding, and both sit east of Bloomville on the way to the broken tower, so walk that line and check both chest and tree cover. Do not burn an hour staring at one coordinate.

The Thunderstorm Form is a separate catch with a much stricter rule. It stands next to the western face of the broken tower at roughly -0230, 0727, only appears while the weather is rainy or thunderstorm, and only one exists per weather pattern — it does not respawn. If you beat it or miss the Aniipod, you wait for the next storm. Prismana Thornblade is a third route entirely: fill the region’s Prismatic Energy meter with Nurture and it is guaranteed to appear once the meter reads Full, automatically pinned on your map. The full Thornblade page lists every form in one place, and the Prismana guide covers how to trigger the Flow.

Where is the half-buried Thornblade next to the chest?

Walk east out of Bloomville and follow the line of chests toward the broken tower. The half-buried spawn sits at ground level with only its upper half showing, which is why it reads as scenery until you get close, and the nearby chest is the landmark that makes it findable. If the pin you are following does not produce it, walk the chest line instead of the coordinate — all three base Thornblade spawn points in the region sit in this corridor, so a pass in either direction usually flushes one out.

How do you get the Egg Gifted from Flowers?

The Egg Gifted from Flowers is a Prismatic egg item, not an Aniimo. Its in-game description reads: “A gift from blooming flowers, given in return for offering ten colors of the world to the Vein.” It is hatched in an Outpost Hatchinator over a 12-hour timer, so the reward is never immediate.

The description is also the best clue to where it comes from. The “ten colors of the world” line points at the offering system that runs through the region’s Vein and Bloom activities, which is the same machinery that powers Nurture. The step-by-step source chain, including which quest hands the egg over, is laid out in the Egg Gifted from Flowers walkthrough. If you have not touched the region’s Bloom or the Vein offering loop yet, do that first, because Nurture does not even unlock until you reach 40 percent collection progress in the Sea of Flowers.

[!warning] Two databases disagree about what hatches Questlog lists the Egg Gifted from Flowers as hatching Iris. Aniimo Index lists it as hatching Bonesky and adds that selling it returns 1000 Credits. Both are single-source claims and they contradict each other, so treat the hatch result as Unconfirmed until your own egg opens. Community threads also ask whether the egg is always Perfect Potential; nobody has posted a verified answer, so assume nothing.

The safe play is to hatch it rather than sell it. Bonesky is a common catch in three regions, Iris is common in this one, and 1000 Credits is a small amount of money next to the odds of a Prismatic egg rolling high Potential.

What is the Blazing Wings Sanctum, listed as Flaming Wings?

The Sea of Flowers has exactly one Sanctum, and its name depends on which page you read. Game8 lists it as Flaming Wings. Wikily’s entry is titled Blazing Wings with the note “Also called Sanctum: Flaming Wings”, and AniimoVerse explains the discrepancy: it was named Flaming Wings during the beta and is Blazing Wings at launch. If a guide tells you to look for Flaming Wings, it means this room.

Inside, it is one of only three Sanctums in the game that require two players. The co-op solution needs a Gracewing holding pressure pads while a Sparki burns the thorns, with a movable wind module and a Fire module doing the rest of the work. It holds five chests, one of the largest chest counts of any Sanctum in the game, so clearing it is worth the logistics. The Wikily Sanctum entry confirms the chest count.

The region’s boss is separate. Alpha Irisal is level 15, and it is a guaranteed spawn that unlocks during the main story rather than something you hunt down — GameRant pins it at -0128, 0640 and notes that the boss arena edge and the surrounding purple fields are where the regional Flutternym form clusters.

Which flowers and Blooms should you collect in the Sea of Flowers?

The region’s flower economy is not decoration. Bloomville’s questline teaches gathering and crafting for perfume, and two of the region’s named materials — Aromathyst and Duskwhisper — are part of that tutorial chain. The five Clue quests that run through the basin are almost all perfume business: Clue: A Perfumer Lying on the Ground, Clue: Perfumer Avetine's Troubles, Clue: Perfume, New Product Promotion!, Clue: Longing by the Water and Clue: A Weepy Budsquire Tea Party?.

Collectible Count Why it matters
Transporter 11 The densest fast-travel network in the game so far
Chest 71 The bulk of the region’s loot
Habitat Spot 24 Aniimo habitat markers
Ecological Investigation 9 Research progress toward the region badge
Key Ecological Point 7
Pathfinder Challenge 7 Pathfinder Rank progress
Lumin Amber 5 Levels up the region’s Branch
Bloom 3 Teleport landmarks; also the Nurture access points
Cave & Portal 4
Lumin Collection 2
Lumin Marking 2
Nurture spot 1 Prismatic Energy for the region’s Prismana spawn
Vein Flower 1
Vein Rift 1

Three Blooms also means three separate spots where you can channel Prismatic Energy into the region, and the Nurture spot is the one that matters for Prismana Thornblade. Remember the gate: Nurture stays locked until you cross 40 percent Aniimo collection progress in the region.

What level should you be for the Sea of Flowers?

Wild spawns sit at 19 to 28 and the recommended entry band is 20 to 29, but the region punches softer than those numbers suggest. Alpha Irisal at level 15 is the lowest-level Alpha on record, which makes the Sea of Flowers the earliest region where a field boss is a realistic target for an under-levelled party.

MetaBot’s type-chart count against the 27 wild rows puts Wind and Dark level at 11 of 27 rows hit super-effectively, with Fire at 10. Tromber and Eklue are the recommended Wind picks; Dreaple and Piopiota - Nighttime Form carry the Dark slot, and Dreaple is only obtainable after the Sleeping Flock event in Nimbus Fields. Fire coverage comes from Magmarex - Basic Form or Infergon.

One more sequencing note. The main story runs straight through here — Ceremony Preparations, The Unbegun Ceremony, Fragrant Colors, The Land of Dancing Illusions and The Land Where Dreams Come True all pass through or start in the basin. That is why the beginner guide treats the Sea of Flowers as a story region first and a farming region second. Finish the questline, unlock your transporters, and the catching becomes easy.
